Welcome
to the Hollister Fire Department. It is our pleasure
to serve the community and to provide fire and life safety
services. The dedicated personnel of the Hollister Fire
Department provide services including public education, fire
prevention inspections, new construction plan checking, and
arson investigation as well as responding to emergencies.
Our department is an all risk department that responds to
emergency medical events, vehicle accidents, hazardous material
releases, specialized rescue events, and all types of fires
including structures, vehicles, and vegetation. All
personnel in the Hollister Fire Department receive continuous
professional training year round to insure our readiness to
respond. The City of Hollister has completed the construction
of a second fire station at the corner of Airline Highway
and Union Road.
We
look forward to serving the public at this new facility that
will improve the service level we can provide. Included
in the new facility is a community meeting room. We
want you to know that we are here to serve you and be a part
of the neighborhood community. Feel free to stop in
and meet your firefighters or schedule a tour of our facilities.
